Dr. Wayne C. Wolfson graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1977, following graduation from the University of Tennessee. He is a fellow of the American College of Chiropractors and past member of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Chiropractic Peer Review Committee.
Dr. Wolfson additionally served on the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine, from 1993-2004 being chairman from 1996-1998 and 2002-2004. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and served two terms as President of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards. He has also served as a College Site Team Examiner for the Council on Chiropractic Education, Commission on Accreditation.
Active in his community, he is a former member of the Valencia Community College, Board of Trustees, Orlando Museum of Art, the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau and in 2004 was Chairman of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Bank of Commerce, the Florida Patient Safety Corporation, and NCMIC Group, Inc.
Dr. Wolfson has been in practice in the Orlando area since 1978, was named Florida Chiropractor of the Year in 2002 by the Florida Chiropractic Association, and received the Distinguished Service Award from the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine in 2005. He and his wife Ellen and their son William reside in Winter Park, Florida.
